The key pad on front door is very sensitive. Please touch it lightly to "awaken" the pad and then enter each number, followed by the # sign. To lock the door, hold the # sign until the lock fully engages-you may have to pull the door towards you. If you experience any trouble with the lock, please contact host for the location of a back up key.
Please keep all remotes near the TVs they belong to
Regular TV channels can be accessed on the ROKU TV app
Trash must be neatly bagged and placed outside the front door for daily collection
The swimming pool's pump operates on a pre-set timer and is treated once per week. The pool tech accesses the pool from the back and has no access to the house. Please wait 20 minutes before re-entering the pool after treatment.
The pool can be heated as long as service has been requested prior to arrival. The pool heat fee is $35 per night.
The grill is free to use and provided for your convenience. There may be some propane left from a previous guest and you are welcome to use it if its there. We do not refill the propane tank however and they can be easily refilled at the local Walmart, LOWES or ACE hardware.
We do ask to leave the grill clean for the next guest. We understand vacation schedules can be full, however, and if you would rather leave the cleaning to us, we will issue a $30 additional fee and have our cleaning.

Please head to the Main Gate located immediately across from the entrance on Westside blvd in order to register your group and vehicle. Important information regarding pool and Clubhouse hours and location of all amenities are available right there as well.
